    EDITORS' NOTES
    Our special scent therapy blend of OUD is part of the EARTH element to Ground oneself.

  • Light the tip of the incense stick.
  • Allow the flame to burn for 10-15s then gently extinguish the flame by blowing or fanning.
  • Your incense should glow red and give off a delicate wisp of smoke
  • There are 10 Sticks per pack.
  • Burn time is approx 45-50mins.

    Use your incense to relax your body and quiet your mind using a mindfulness meditation practice.

  • Get into a comfortable position and light a stick of incense according to the directions.
  • As the trails of smoke curl and waft upwards, just focus on watching.
  • Let yourself become immersed in the different paths and patterns the trail of smoke begins to take.
  • Thoughts will join your space, allow them to pass through you while you gently bring your attention back to the trail of smoke left from the incense.
  • Your time is your own, do this for a little or as long as you allow yourself.
