At MI we have curated the perfect Incense scent therapy box to allow you a gentle mindful moment within your already occupied day. This beautifully consciously curated box of incense + holder offering has all you need to have a mindful moment with the power of scent.

All you have to do is choose the scent therapy to reflect the energy you want to ignite.

  • Light the tip of the incense stick.
  • Allow the flame to burn for 10-15s then gently extinguish the flame by blowing or fanning.
  • Your incense should glow red and give off a delicate wisp of smoke.
  • Burn time is approx 45-50mins.

    Use your incense to relax your body and quiet your mind using a mindfulness meditation practice.

  • Get into a comfortable position and light an incense stick according to the directions.
  • As the trails of smoke curl and waft upwards, focus on watching.
  • Let yourself become immersed in the different paths and patterns the trail of smoke begins to take.
  • Thoughts will join your space; allow them to pass through you while you gently bring your attention back to the trail of smoke from the incense.
  • Your time is your own, do this for a little or as long as you allow yourself.
