INCENSE - Lavender
- Prix unitaire
Welcome to an aromatic journey for your mindfulness practice, where fragrances transport you to a serene meditative state in an instant.
Experience the aroma of LAVENDER, a key part of our AIR element scent therapy, which helps you enhance your FOCUS and concentration.
Lavender has a soothing, floral aroma with herbal and slightly sweet notes, known for its relaxing and calming properties.
Light the incense stick's tip, let it burn for 10-15 seconds, then gently blow or fan out the flame. The incense will turn red and release a subtle wisp of smoke, lasting for around 45-50 minutes.
Incense Focus Meditation.
- Preparation: Find a quiet, comfortable space and select your preferred incense. Place it in an appropriate holder and light it. Position yourself near the incense.
- Breath Awareness: Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to centre yourself. Inhale slowly through your nose, feeling the air fill your lungs. As you exhale, release any tension or distraction.
- Observing the Incense: With your eyes still closed, turn your attention to the incense. Focus on the sensation of the rising smoke. Picture it ascending gracefully and weaving patterns in the air.
- Single-Point Focus: Concentrate solely on the incense. As you inhale its scent, let it be the only thing in your awareness. If your mind wanders, gently guide your focus back to the incense.
- Mindful Breathing: As you inhale the incense's fragrance, synchronize your breath with it. Inhale deeply as the scent reaches its peak, and exhale as it wanes. Let your breath and the incense merge into one continuous flow.
- Gratitude and Closure: After a few minutes, open your eyes and express gratitude for the moment of focused awareness. Blow out the incense, signifying the end of the practice. Carry this sense of centred focus with you as you go about your day.
This brief mindfulness practice helps enhance your concentration by using the calming influence of incense and synchronised breath awareness.
Practice this regularly to improve your ability to stay present and focused.
