To make our Olive Wax tealight last up to 4 hours, trim the wick, light it in a draft-free area, allow it to burn continuously, and extinguish it safely when done.
Tealight Focus Meditation.
- Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.
- Place a scented tealight candle in a safe holder in front of you.
- Sit in a comfortable position, with your back straight but not tense. Rest your hands on your lap.
- Take a few deep breaths to centre yourself.
- Light the lavender tea light candle, and as you do so, focus on the warmth and gentle glow it emits.
- Shift your attention to the flickering flame. Notice how it dances and moves gracefully.
- Inhale deeply, taking in the calming scent of the lavender, and exhale slowly.
- As you continue to watch the flame, allow any thoughts or distractions to drift away. Just be present with the candle's light and scent.
- If your mind starts to wander, gently bring your attention back to the candle.
- With each breath, feel a sense of calm and focus enveloping you, as if the scented light is drawing you into the present moment.
- Continue this practice for as long as you'd like, whether it's just a few minutes or a longer meditation session. The key is to remain attentive to the candle and the sensations it evokes.
- When you're ready to conclude, blow out the candle and take a moment to appreciate the serenity and focus you've cultivated during the meditation.
This practice can help you enhance your focus and promote mindfulness by using the soothing qualities of a scented tealight candle.
